Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the item meets the following conditions:

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • Return request is approved by our support team

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used skincare or haircare products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

  • Gift cards


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit after review.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service


Natural Product Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients. Variations in color, texture, or scent are normal and not considered defects.
